Our Mushroom growing kit with liquid culture consists of a special type of filtered mushroom grow bag. Filled with 2kg of the perfect ratio of sterilised oats and sterilised mushroom growing substrate, for strong and healthy growth.
Perfectly hydrated and supplemented with our special blend of nutrients. This will see you through the whole life cycle of mushroom growth, without having to buy all the expensive equipment to make it yourself.
The kit comes in a mushroom grow bag, with a self healing injection port on the bag for easy and clean inoculation using your chosen mushroom liquid culture. 1 sterile needle, 2 sterile alcohol wipes, A pair of sterile gloves, a face mask & a spray bottle for water, to maintain humidity levels during the fruiting process.

Contents were exactly as described and well packed. The box seems to have had a tumble (or two) in the post which displaced the grain relative to the substrate but a few light thumps put them back into an appropriate relationship. So now after inoculation we wait and see!

Artisan + Garfield has helped me so much on my mushroom adventures! This kit is a brilliant place to start! I think it is better than some of the more basic mushroom boxes as it takes you from culture to fruiting so gives you more detailed knowledge and is definitely more fun and If you want to take growing mushrooms further there is always expert help from artisan available. Definitely recommend!

Perfect delivery of the growing kit with good instructions. The only thing is we did not really understand what to do with the empty spray bottle.
We will order 2 other mushroom kits today for tests in the coming months with the expected colder weather.
We test the 3 kits in our special developed grow-units for growing plants, vegetables and trees from seeds which units must be also ideal for mushrooms in step.5 (pinning and fruiting) and step. 6 (harvest) because we have controllable temperatures of 15 to 25 degrees Celcius as well the ideal LED-grow lights and a humidity of 90 tot 99%.
