A pre-mixed bag of Agar Powder & Light Malt Extract Powder Mix For Making Your Own Agar Plates.
The high nutrient content creates an environment for strong rhizomorphic growth for all mushrooms.
Contains 10g of agar and 15g of LME.
Enough to make 20 x 90mm agar plates.
Simply add 500ml of water, bring to a low boil and simmer until the bubbles disappear and the liquid becomes translucent.
Pour into an Erlenmeyer flask or jar, cover with tin foil and pressure cook at 15 PSI for 20-25 mins.
Allow to cool to 55-60°C to reduce condensation in plates and pour into petri dishes/plates in front of a laminar flow hood or inside a still air box.
